The More Things Change, the More They Stay the Same

This year, 2023, is being celebrated as our 45^th Anniversary of the creation of our law firm.  Started in 1978 as Samuel M. Tidwell and Associates, P.C., the firm went through several name changes with an important change in 1991 when it became Tidwell, Swaim & Associates, P.C. 

There was one more change to Tidwell, Swaim and Healy but eventually the firm’s name was simply Tidwell, Swaim & Farquhar, P.C. 

Now, after much consideration, we are bringing back the old “look†and adding Alexander Farquhar, our Senior Associate Attorney, to our firm’s name. Sam Tidwell is making a “comeback†although he unfortunately passed away in 1992. Starting on August 1, 2023, our firm name is now Tidwell, Swaim & Farquhar, P.C.

As always, we thank all of our wonderful clients and “friends of the firm†for a most successful and adventurous past 45 years.  We are anticipating another 45 years and beyond!
